About Zachary
Zachary is a counsellor in training, meaning he is currently on track to complete his Level 4 qualification in Therapeutic Counselling. This will enable him to continue to support adults who hold counselling sessions by October 2025. The next stage is to complete one more year to work with children and young people. Zachary plans to offer therapeutic support to mostly men, boys, and their families.
Zachary's practices it likely to be within a school setting supporting whole families and young people to get the best out of school life and the community in which they live.
Zachary has an interest in neurodiversity, family breakdown, and emotional resilience. Particularly those individuals who find life challenging after long spells in prison, 999 services or the armed forces.
As well as studying Zachary works full-time in a secondary school.
By October 2024 Zachary will relaunch the podcast EighteeenSeven Said. It is a podcast exploring issues impacting men and those who, identify as men. At the same time, Zachary will launch the Zachary Listens Podcast. Here Zachary aims to demystify the world of therapy from the point of view of counsellor and client. Zachary hopes to encourage listeners and their friends and loved ones not to be afraid to treat themselves to a session or ten.
